Don’t miss Friday Night’s big game — come cheer on our Hawks and witness the crowning of our Homecoming King and Queen! 💚🦅 #OneHawk #HawkPride #Homecoming2025

The Homecoming Dance will take place this Saturday evening. Gates will open at 7:45 PM.
• Parking & Drop-Offs: Students should park in the student lot. Drop-offs will follow the normal school procedure.
• Security Check: All students and guests will be screened with a metal detector wand by an assistant principal before entering.
Once cleared, students will proceed through the gates to ticket check:
• Ticket Check: Three chaperones will be verifying pre-sold tickets. The chaperones at check-in will have a hard copy of all the students who bought tickets. However, to speed up the line, If possible, please have your photo ID (driver’s license or school ID) and your ticket from GoFan ready on your phone. I know many Freshmen do not have photos on their school ID's, this is fine. If they have a learners permit, have them bring that, if not, just their name will suffice. If you purchased in cash from Mr. Katz, let the chaperone checking you in know that.
• Outside Guests: Guests must check in with the LMHS student who purchased their ticket. Outside guests will not be admitted without the student who submitted their guest form. At this time, all guest forms have been processed by Mrs. Cavinder and only one was denied. Students should have received an approval email from her, but if not, they are good to purchase tickets.
• Cash Sales at the Door: Based on current sales, we will be able offer cash sales at the door. If paying at the door, please proceed to the right after security. Mrs. Cavinder will be stationed at a desk near the AB hallway doors to sell tickets. Tickets are $60, cash only. Please bring the exact amount if possible.
Important Reminders:
• No entry will be allowed after 9:30 PM.
• The dance ends promptly at 11:00 PM. Please arrange timely pickup; cars may line up as they would for regular school dismissal.
• Students who leave the dance early will not be readmitted.
• In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the dance in the gymnasium. All procedures above will be the same.
We look forward to a safe and enjoyable evening for all!
Thanks,
Mr. Katz

Approvals from Mrs. Cavinder about guest forms were sent to school email addresses. But, to make it easy, Mrs. Cavinder has finished processing every form turned in before the Friday deadline and nobody had their guest denied. So, if this is your student, go ahead and purchase.
If forms were turned in on Friday 10/3, then she is not finished with those, and students need to check their school email account today or tomorrow.
As a reminder, tickets will be sold in advance until the end of the day on Thursday 10/9. I will be in the lunchroom selling or students can see me before or after school. We will not sell on Friday, but will take cash payments of $60 at the door on Saturday.
