The school year is coming to an end, but that means Summer BreakSpot is right around the corner! The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ (FDACS) Summer BreakSpot Program will be sharing their live map with over 3,000 sites for summer meals on May 15.
Summer BreakSpot is a federally funded program filling the hunger gap by serving nutritious meals to Florida kids and teens while school is out. Thousands of locations across Florida will provide kids 18 and under breakfast, lunch, and/or snacks at no cost, including schools, community centers, churches, and more. No application needed.

Remove all stickers and decorations
➤ Don’t forget to clean off any sticky residue!
➤ A safe way to clean: use a slightly damp cloth (water only) — no chemicals or sprays!
➤ Check that your device is fully charged (100%)
➤ Turn in your charger
➤ Must include both parts: the brick and the cable!
➤ Report damage early
➤ If your device isn’t working or is damaged, turn it in now — don’t wait for collection day!

In honor of the month of March “Music In Our School Month” we would like to give a shout out and showcase our musically talented students in the Umatilla High School Bulldog Band program!
The Swingin’ Bulldog Jazz Ensemble made history this year by earning their first ever Straight Superior rating at the FBA District 19 Jazz Band Music Performance Assessment. This qualified this ensemble to perform at the State Jazz Band Music Performance Assessment earning an Excellent rating!
We would also like to celebrate two students who advanced to perform solos at the FBA State Solo and Ensemble Festival at Matanzas High School. Alissa Iwanski (a senior flute player) and Benjamin Solomon (a sophomore clarinet player) both received Superior Ratings at this prestigious event! #GoBulldogBand


Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony Details
The moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here! Umatilla High School is proud to announce the Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony, taking place on May 23 at 7 PM at Elks Youth Camp, 24175 SE Hwy 450, Umatilla, FL. This is a time to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our graduating seniors as they take their next steps into the future.
Important Information for Graduates and Families:
Each graduate will receive 6 tickets for family and friends.
Requests for 2 overflow tickets will be accepted from March 28 - April 6.
Additional tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets will be distributed at graduation practice, pending the payment of any outstanding fines.
Overflow Seating Details:
Tickets are required for overflow seating.
Seniors must submit ticket requests using their school accounts. A link will be provided through FOCUS and online postings.
Overflow seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
As part of the ceremony, graduates will march through the overflow area before and after receiving their diplomas.
For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed on YouTube, allowing loved ones to celebrate from anywhere.
