Help make LMHS Sustainable!
Current estimates indicate that we use 2.2 million sheets of paper per year. National Honor Society has joined with a national effort called Tree-Plenish to plant 105 saplings to make up for half of our paper usage. You can choose a crabapple tree, red maple, or bald cypress to add to your home or business. These arrive as saplings, 8 to 12 inches tall. Eventually they will grow to be 20 feet. The cost is $5 per tree and they can be picked on campus on Saturday, March 26th.
Students at LMHS get rewards for top sales! 1st Place is a $50 Chick-fil-A gift card. 2nd Place is a $25 gift card. 3rd place is a $15 gift card. Plus, for the third period that sells the most overall each student will receive a Chick-fil-A gift card. The contest ends February 25th.
Just go to our website and place your order! Students can report their sales to their 3rd period teacher or directly to Mrs. Russo in room 182.
Let’s make our community a healthier, more beautiful place!
